guarantees the workmanship and reliability of all ballasts and will provide full support to
resolve any replacement issues. All warranty claims will be promptly resolved by our
customer service staff located at the California headquarters. All locations within the
United States are covered by the warranty and can be serviced by Espen Technology’s
network of qualified electrical contractors.
